There is a wealth of information in our Archives and Files on this.

Search the Archives 'alternative medicine', 'supplements', 'herbals', 'tai chi'

also all the Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) posts from April 2004 and forward,

Curcumin, and the more recent Citicoline posts. You will also find our " Files

section " of value on these topics, as well as Vitamin E.

Be carefull regarding Chiropractors- I believe my chiro contributed to

my hypermobile SI Joint - Osteopathic medicine may be a wiser choice.

Hi,

I went to a chiropractor who told me she couldn't do anything for me. But I

went to an Accupuncturist a few times which helped with pain.

Hi everyone! I guess it depends on what you are going to the chiropractor

for regarding the CMT. I work for one and he treats me also. He has helped

me with leg issues, hip issue and foot pain. I would suggest not writing

chiropractors off but find one that is knowledgeable in treating people with

CMT. He has also helped me with stomach issues and headaches.
