Guest guest
We had some exciting news today. Even tho we expected to hear good news it was exciting all the same. I mentioned that Spencer had out grown his AFOs since taking Citicoline. He was developing a dent in his calf from pressure, several bruises, and he had started to put a small battery in his shoe to help relieve pressure on the side of one foot. He is 18 now and aspires to become an orthotist. He is always thinking of ways to improve them. The battery idea worked great. So today was his casting appointment, our orthotist as not seen him for a while. He examined Spencer and told him part of the reason the old AFOs are so uncomfortable is that his quads have gotten strong as heck. So the orthotist is making a new pair of AFOs that will work with him, not for him. He said needing something on the bottom side of an AFO like the battery is common for people with strong quads. The longer we take it (Citicoline) the better we feel.

Guest guest
, That's what I've been taking also. FYI..... I ran out of Vit C for 2 days and discovered that it must have been helping with the pain and tingling in my hands. The 2 days that I was without the Vit C the tingling and pain returned about 8 hrs after taking my Neurontin. It usually doesn't return until about 12-14 hrs after I take my Neurontin and Vit C. I took the Vit C today and the pain and tingling haven't started yet. Interesting! Sue
