yup my doc also has me on Lyrical 150mg X 3 , Oxycontin 40mg X 2 , Cymbalta 60mg

X 1 and Dilaudid 8mg when needed. I live the everlasting rollercoaster of good

days and bad days. I average about 10hrs of sleep and on bad days I'll sleep up

to 16hrs. Doc says its all good and its normal reaction to all the drugs.

My wife takes amiltriptaline to help her sleep and it works good but bad

hangover the next day.

I'd find a new combination of meds. It took a little over a year trying this

drug and combining it with this drug etc. and on and on. Hang in there you'll

find something , hopefully soon.
