In the Ascorbic Acid (Vit C) first Frech trials researchers were able not only to prove that CMT mice improved function but 30 generations later, they proved complete arrestment - meaning the genetic inheritance for CMT was completely stopped. Only thing is mice can synthesize Vit. C, humans cannot, which is why humans require frequent dosing. Results of the first 2 human trials will be published around the end of the year.
