Guest guest Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 I received a notice form the SS Admin stating that I have paid enough money into the system to qualify for disability benefits, if approved. It is a significant amount of money and would really help to pay for the person that helps me with my children and our housekeeper each month. My question is this...will my husband's income be part of the consideration when determining whether I am " disabled " or not? Also, what % of CMTers actually get disability?
