Chris

I'm not sure about CMT affecting my menstrual cycle - but am very sure

about the menstrual cycle affecting my CMT.

I always feel twice as tired, my sense of balance gets worse and my

ability to walk goes right downhill. The last time I saw my neurologist

and raised the subject I was pooh-poohed, probably as there's no

written work on the subject. Personally I think if you can't find any

information its only because noone has looked at gynecology and CMT in

that context.

If you haven't had your Thyroid tested in a while, that may be

worth doing. It's a simple blood test. Both Hyper and Hypo Thyroid

problems can mess with your cycle (speaking from experience here) and

it's very common for a woman's thyroid to slow down as we age...

probably the result of all the great processed foods and chemicals we

eat! :-)
