Guest guest
Hi. I googled " CoQ10 shaking " and found article after article regarding using it to combat shaking and promote neuro-muscular health. Looks like it is well known in the Parkinsons Disease (PD) groups. I just bumped my dosage UP to 300mg, from 150mg where I was getting shakes and spasms. Most of the listings mentioned dosages of 600mg to 1200mg for the most success. At my local Costco, 90 150mg tabs are approx. $20.00, after a $6.00 mfg rebate that I've seen more times than not. At that price 1200mg/day would be $30.00ish, maybe $400.00 per year to not feel like a bobble doll on the rear deck of a 'chevy. One woman w/ PD reported taking 1200mg to start, and resulted in shaking. Maybe 1200mg is something to build up to vs. starting at?
