Question about child's braces

Right now my daughter is in DAFO 2. I was wondering if anyone had

braces from night and day. Interested in any input.

I know you didn't ask but this subject comes up once in a while. Not all of us

want our kids in night braces. But if I did believe in it I would have

different braces for day and night. I would prefer more of a splint at night.

Hi there...

Our son had night braces for a while...they were conventional AFOs but

were lighter than his daytime ones...After 2 years of wearing them he

was much improved and able to dispense with night-time...much to his and

our relief. They enabled him to avoid surgery.
