Guest guest
Hello, I am a former thrower and a bobsledder. I have had to start running more, and learning to run has been so much fun. It is cool to me because I have a lot of power and explosiveness from throwing, and my running technique is decent. However I have very few bad habits because I have not run very much and it's easy for me to change technique and work on specific skills within my technique. I am wondering if any of you know of any great running technical books out there. I already have Explosive Running by Dr Yessis.
