Guest guest Posted January 28, 2008 Report Share Posted January 28, 2008 Hi all, I am wondering, when in the gym and doing both weight training and aerobics, which should be done first? Does it matter whether you get your heart rate up high for an hour doing aerobic training and then do your weight training or is vice versa better? This is for the amateur athlete over 40, just your ordinary person doing a decent work out four days a week. Thanks!
