What does the Citicoline do for you exactly? I've heard it's good for warming

the extremities, and I suffer from major cold feet. I've got electric foot

warmers I wear in my shoes, even in the summer and I live less than 2 hours away

from you!

I've been drinking the drink for 3 years and noticed the burning went

away, better circulation and more energy. I still have cold feet a

lot, but all this has helped that too. I can't remember when the

Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C) was started, but I noticed all the same

improvements that everyone else speaks about ... and the yoga ...

well, I gained much more balance from stabilizing my core. I also

noticed that there were muscles in my legs that aren't affected by

CMT that were never really used, that did get better from the yoga

class. I added Citicoline this summer and that is when I noticed (and

measured) muscle growth in my calves. I also have a supplement that

is supposed to be M. Sheath Support, but I always forget to take that

one. (It's supposed to be taken on an empty stomach and I love to

pick at fruit all day!)

You are less than 2 hours away ... HA! It's a tiny bit warmer where

you are.

Hi Sue,

I have a homeopath who advises me with all this. He has me taking 2

250mg capsules a day (total 500mg/day) with food. The type I take is

from Jarrow Formulas ... it is simply called " Citicoline CDP Coline. "

Basically, whenever the research comes out showing something that is

natural helps us, I forward the info to him and we go from there. He

was a cancer researcher who decided to go the homeopathic route after

being in the mainstream. In all the training he did, they never

learned of CMT ... so we're making it up as we go along! LOL

Hope it helps you too!
