Firstly, I don't speak for and he doesn't speak for me ergo to

lump us together as one entity is inappropriate.

Secondly, posting news articles with links to the original story is not

a violation of fair use when it is used for educational purposes.

Thirdly, we are not responsible for articles that are posted by other

members either in this forum or in other forums.

Fourthly, you are committing assumicide in stating that individuals and

organizations in news articles which we post are not aware of my

existence. If a news story is worth commenting on in this forum, it

means that I have indeed done more than just post the story in this

forum. Then again, assumicide is such a dangerous practice.

Fifthly, you should spend some time educating yourself on the many

aspects of Copyright Law in America as well as internationally.
