Which shoes do you wear? Do you have weak quads?

I wear Mephistos, among other brands...I wear New Balance as well, which Mitch

recommended to me. He told me that he recommended New Balance to most of his

patients.  No, I do not have weak quads. I do have total paralysis of the

muscles that lift up my toes and ankle.
