Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 Hi Gayle, Uh...there must have been something lost in your conversation with your doctor...because those are the tests that diagnose an autoimmune thyroid condition. ie; These tests are HOW you measure the degree to which your thyroid is impacted. ??? HOWEVER, that doesn't necessarily imply that the doctor knows what she is talking about! Guest guest Posted June 18, 2008 Report Share Posted June 18, 2008 I assume that your doctor is confident that it is not your heart? My Dad had very similar complaints months prior to his heart attack and a quadruple bypass. The cold and tingling in his arms,legs, hands and feet were literally due to very poor circulation that was ignored. As he has diabetes, he always takes very good care of himself through diet and exercise. However, heart disease that shrinks the arteries will progress anyway.
