I have found by taking these ingredients twice a day, I have more energy, and reduced the swelling in my legs, and feet. 1 Tablespoon Apple cider vinegar with mother (Braggs Vinegar is good) 1 Tablespoon honey from your area 1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper Add to 1/2 cup of water Drink 2 times a day Hope this helps you too!
