Guest guest
Hi ! I have been taking Klonopin (Clonazepam) at bedtime for about 3 years now. I started off at 1mg and now take 2mg. My neuro prescribed it for my chronic leg pain and leg cramps, and it continues to work very well for me. I see that someone already warned of its addictive properties. If/when you get off of it, if taking it on a regular basis, you have to do so gradually. However, when I stopped it for a time, my pain came back so severely that I was having to take Lortab (Hydrocodone) every day, which is much worse. Now I only have to take the Lortab occassionally, when my pain gets bad due to a fall or really bad weather. Guest guest
p.s. It used to make me really sleepy, which is fine for me at night. Not so much anymore, but if I forget or run out & don't take it, I do have great difficulty going to sleep or don't sleep well at all. So, that's part of my body's addiction kicking in. We're all different, of course. Best, Holly
