Guest guest Posted January 20, 2008 Report Share Posted January 20, 2008 The Supertraining book and Zatsiorsky indicates that the interval should be 24-48 hours when the focus of the training is strength as opposed to building muscle mass. Since this implies that one could/should train each day, I was curious any guidelines on best to implement such an approach or general thoughts, as conventional wisdom has always been to work out every other day.
