Guest guest
Welcome and thank you for posting your introduction. Before you write off the back pain to CMT and take so many meds, 1) you may want to see an spinal orthopedist for evaulation and 2) get a referral to an orthotist to get some orthotics for feet support 3) there are precise physical therapies/exercises for lower back pain too. Depending on what surface you jog, i.e., grass, sand, dirt/trail or pavement, your back may have taken a beating. Have you tried using ice packs or heat packs/patches for the pain? As for what you can expect with CMT - you can't. We are all different and there is no 'timeline' for symptoms. There is no doctor on this planet that can 'predict' how your CMT will emerge. It is all written in your unique genetic code. Gretchen
