Guest guest Posted August 17, 2002 Report Share Posted August 17, 2002 I recently had an apointment for my ASD child with Dr Cockerell, who came recomended by several other children specialist of Dentistry. Everything seemed ok until I recieved the call from his anesthesia Doctor Dr. Ford. Only to find out that they don't take " any " insurance. CASH or CREDIT CARDS ONLY! I was and am furious.
