Guest guest Posted January 23, 2004 Report Share Posted January 23, 2004 My husband is interested in adhering to a diet that is a matrix of Noursishing Traditions and Eat Right For Your Type. Doing so would prohibit him from eating sauerkraut due to the lectins in cabbage. Are there lectins in coconut or coconut oil? Does fermentation destroy lectins? If this has been discussed before, please let me know...I started to search the archives, but there are so many messages!...my intro search in the archives didn't turn up anything.
