Guest guest
I am a 34-year-old female. I went through pregnancy and birth two years ago. I have noticed that my hairline on above my forehead is thinning out quite a bit. My mom's hair started thinning probably around my age too. The top of hear head is pretty thinned out now. I've heard possibilities such as stress, hormones related to pregnancy (but mine was a while ago), low iron, and thyroid issues. Also, I believe that female hair loss is different than male hair loss. I feel this is nutritionally-related. I seem to be a healthy and relatively active person, but am still working out my diet (I struggle with emotional eating, and have had slight eating disorders in adolescence and early adulthood). I'd appreciate whatever input you have as to where I should begin my quest for answers and a remedy to reverse this hair loss. Thank you, Amy in Minnesota
