Often I eat a 1 lb or 1.5 lb top round steak in place of the burgers. I generally add lots of sauerkraut but keep forgetting to make some for the past couple months, and I generally drink a half gallon of milk or kefir, but haven't been for digestive reasons. But that is just one example. There are many variations I listed a restaurant style Warrior meal awhile back. Don't know the message #. I usually go through *at least* the equivalent of a stick of butter a day and on many occasions have gone through two. Sometimes I will mix honey/royal jelly/raw eggs along with coconut oil with my kefir, but this is quite filling. Otherwise the coconut products and eggs are consumed during the day time, unless I'm having steak tartar at night. Another neat little trick, mixing the eggs with the avocado and cheese in the salad. Anyway, lot of food. Don't worry about the carbs anymore. And when I am out, despite a nearly raw meal, I have no problem having some cheesecake or some liquid molten chocolate cake and then capping off the evening with a glass of port and a cigar.
