Guest guest
OK, I've been threatening to do this and I finally did it, and it is yummy and danged easy! 2 cups kefilli cream 2 cups kefilli 2 cups pulverized berries (run through the blender) sweetener to taste Pour the whole thing in the ice cream maker and let it churn. Instant ice cream! The " thick " in the kefiili acts like the eggs in ice cream. It is really creamy and nice, like Haagen Daaz but not as sweet. I know some people make ice cream by just putting the mix in the freezer, then stirring every 20 minutes. I haven't tried that yet ... -- Heidi
