Guest guest
Hi folks, Can someone put together a concise explanation of how the WD works vis-a-vis treating insulin resistance? I'm trying to help a friend who is having trouble reconciling the concept of the WD scheduling with the more conventional wisdom of the Schwarzbein approach of 3 complete meals plus two snacks per day. In other words, how does the one large meal of the WD take you through the whole undereating period evenly, when otherwise the satisfying meals on other plans like Schwarzbein (not quite as low-carb as Atkins, and includes good fats) only hold you a few hours. It seems to me that if those other plans are really putting you in fat-burning mode, you shouldn't feel like you have to fuel up so often.
