Guest guest
I need help with a client who complains of constant burping and gaseous type of symptoms. He has some upper abdominal bloatedness going on, in fact that's where he holds the majority of his stomach. I haven't seen anything like this before. Any exercise that I perform where pressure is placed on his stomach he burps almost immediately. Now it sounds like heartburn to me because I know he rarely drinks water. He also eats out more than once a day at the same restaurant! Here's what I've suggested: 1. Rotation Diet 2. Drink half his body weight in ounces of water 3. Possibly a Colon cleanse 4. Eliminate all grains 5. Eat only organic foods Can anyone add something to the list? I just wanted to see if anyone has dealt with a individual such as this. Is there a diagnosis for these symptoms and should I refer him out?
