Usually tea is made with about six ounces of water per bag, but kombucha is made with 32 ounces per bag. And tea has about a third the caffeine of coffee (and also has l-theonine which produces a calming effect), so you'd have to drink about 3 quarts of kombucha to get the same amount of caffeine as is in a cup of coffee.
