Guest guest Posted January 26, 2004 Report Share Posted January 26, 2004 i forgot to mention in my last post that michael also mentioned that high brix plants have a much lower anti-nutrient content than low brix foods. as an aside, i wonder if sea vegetables on the whole would tend to have a higher brix index than most cultivated plants since their medium (the ocean and the ocean soil) haven't been stripped of nutrients in the way that most cultivated land (at least in the U.S.) has?
