Duck meat, duck fat, duck...

I like duck meat and accoding to NT, duck fat is even superior to

chicken fat. I love those roasted ducks that Chinese shops make and

hang in front of their shops, etc.

Anyway, duck isn't as popular or widely available everywhere like

chicken and I am wondering if ducks get the same mass treatment like

chicken does with antibiotics and all that?

Does anyone know?
