Would this be due to the all animal protein/fat diet where they get virtually no vegetable or carbs in their siets whatsoever? Do it a second time and you get pretty strong liquor. > By the way, what is Apple Jack? Apple jack is apple cider that has been completely fermented and then " distilled " . Originally, this was done with freezing; the commercially available apple jack you're likely to encounter these days is conventionally distilled.
