My brother has my copy of Dangerous Grains. Didn't it say Italy tests all

children entering school for gluten intolerance? Think the rate at the time

was at least 1 in 100.

Yes on both counts. What is significant is that the number

is now getting into the mainstream press ... and the mainstream

medical journals.
