I have some Omega CO and I don't like it at all just to eat. I do fry with

it and will until I use it up. I'm going to try the Wilderness Family stuff

for my next purchase.

I totally agree with you .

COS and WFN VCO are the best tasting! (They come from the same

supplier.)

TT is also heated while COS and VCO from WFN are not.
