I could be wrong but it's my understanding that it's the same thing but

with different names.

The newest version of NT uses Rapadura, not Sucanat. Sucanat had changed

their processing so that it was white sugar with some molasses added back.

However, I've heard that they changed back. I'm not sure.

Okay. It looks like rapadura now is what Sucanat used to be before the big

money became involved.
