Well just about everything nutritionally is the opposite of the WD.

Which is why many of us on this list decided to conduct our own personal

experiment to see what the results would be.

As a result, many of us have become quite enthusiastic about the WD, even

though it goes against the conventional wisdom.

Abolish the FDA!!
