eating healthy on a budget/getting unground meat

can't you just ask for it not to be ground ahead of time? i

absolutely never eat ground meat and i buy my beef directly from a

butcher shop where i'm a friend/insider. i realize they grind up a

lot of it and sell it for hamburgers and i'm only getting a few

pounds at a time, not the whole cow, but i don't see why a custom

request can't be honored. less work for them too.
