Guest guest
Well,I have just bought an ice cream maker! Only £19.95 in Argos, Kenwood brand. There is no recipe in NT for coconut milk ice cream, so this is what i plan on trying: 2 egg yolks 1 400ml can coconut milk tsp cinnamon 2 ripe bananas 1tbsp arrowroot (not sure what that does, but Sally's recipes list it!) I would also like to make vanilla flavour ice cream. What sweetener is best? I have stevia, rapadura or honey, but not maple syrup. Thanks for any tips Jo ___________________________________________________________ BT Broadband - Free modem offer, sign up online today and save £80 http://bt..co.uk
