I personally think that most " HMO " doctors just vaccinate because they want

to " protect the population against deadly epidemic's " - they have so many

patients - they just vaccinate.......

Private practice Pediatrician's might be better and more cautious - but in

my opinion - HMO doctors in big practices - don't have time to follow

correct vaccine policy. The child's there - and so they vaccinate.
