And yeah, your immune system might go haywire, esp. if you

are allergic to something and then avoid it (me and gluten).

After spending years fighting a food, having no food to

fight sends it for a loop. Also some " colds " are really

sinusitis or allergies.

A neti pot does wonders for colds and sinus issues too.

Keeps the buggies from having a good place to live.

Esp. with a few drops of tea tree oil in with the salt.
