--- My wife ate her first oysters on the half shell two weeks ago.

Not me.......I had to ask her how they tasted. " like the river " , she

says. She has told me she and her siblings ate them when they

were hungry as kids playing all day in and around a muddy KS river.

All I can say they never got polio!!!!! They did take polio shots I
