Guest guest
What kind of containers do you use for storing your broth in the freezer? I made chicken broth for the first time and put it in small freezer bags, 2 cups each. I don't like using plastic because of the leach factor......but is this the best way or are there other recommendations with glass, etc? Do you wrap it in foil and saran wrap or how do you get it airtight so no freezer burn? THanks Nanette (cooking the NT way for 1 month.....) I think it's fairly airtight, but the two-piece lids are probably even more airtight. I use mason jars for almost *everything*!
