Flack Family Farm! That's where I made sauerkraut in Sept. Just put it

in jars the other day. They have a lacto fermentation class each fall,

either Sept or Oct, they provide an unbelievable meal, a lecture, and

then all the ingredients that you need. They grow everything there. I

even went and picked apples (ancient old time trees) and added them to

my kraut. It was worth every penny that it cost.
