Stock/bone broth

Query:

When y'all refer to " bone broth " , do you mean something different than the

usual " make stock with bones and bits of carcass " ? If yes, what's the

difference, either in preparation or nutritive value? If no, please

respond with " no difference, you moron! " and let it pass.

No difference, you... " would be a moron if you weren't on this

list " ...

(there's a lot of variation in bone/carcass/broth/stock/etc

terminology... none of it's precise... you're not missing anything...)
