Guest guest
http://www.nytimes.com/2004/02/07/business/worldbusiness/07net.html was just reading this. Now a court gave record companies permission to be able to search the workplace of the fileshare program kazaa, the HOMES of thre executives in the vein hope they could find something that violated copyright infringement. a) this sounds bloody ridiculous in the 1st place. Its like a guessing game and they are just trying to pin something in effect. This really shows that the governments/court system is slowly letting corporations take over the judicial system all for the holy $. Its started with record companies being able to ransack a business and the homes of the business owners to TRY and find something they can use. What next?
