Hmmm...I wonder what the world would be like if we eliminated those internal passports (and soon to be national ID cards) called drivers licenses? Might folks be a little more concerned about making sure their teenagers were capable and experienced when it comes to driving, since there would not be a gov't imprimatur " certifying " a teenager as ready to drive? Hmmm...Naw...Shameful thought. People responsible for themselves and their families? Perish the thought. Would never happen.
