Guest guest
Lynn, Have you increased magnesium? Low magnesium makes hearing oversensitive and nerves easier to stress because it regulates body electricity. Could just be better absorption too. > Well half the school year has gone by now and I just realized I've > had very few headaches! I've worked with my Mg levels for the last two years so I don't know if it's that or not.... or due to better digestion of Mg. Probably not. These kind of problems sneak up on you and if you've licked 'em tend to sneak away. It took me months to equate my headaches with a certain level of noise (usually a bunch of girls voices or being out in the hall during break). I used my husbands green earplugs to finally figure it out. But one can't teach high school with green earplugs in...also found that out LOL! My best guess is changing hormone levels (age 50) were affecting my hearing receptors causing certain sounds to be " very annoying " (plus other stuff seemed to set my nerves on edge). My husband suggested an ear-aid I could adjust volumes with...at $2000 without insurance coverage as I had no " real " hearing problem I said forget it and then summer came. Yesterday I had a particularly bad class with lots of chatty girls that wouldn't settle down. That's when I noticed ....Whoa, no headache, in fact not many headaches this whole year! Most everything else with my diet is the same except I upped my butter oil/high vit.CLO, added more high quality raw goat dairy and started raw liver tonics in the AM(not always regular with those). My best guess is that it's the raw fats. But of course there isn't much research on meno. hearing problems and raw sat. fats LOL! Too bad isn't it?
