Guest guest
My dog loves liver. I buy raw turkey livers for him. Maybe you need to spice it up a bit? ;-) Judith Alta -----Original Message----- From: Roman [mailto:romeml@...] Having read NT and other WAPF's material, I got an impression that dogs would devour liver when given a chance. So, when I was at my sister's, I decided to give some raw pork liver to two dogs of hers. But to my great surprise, they only smelled it. And these are dogs who had seemed to derive great pleasure from eating salty herring, meat with garlic and quite a lot of pretty hot cayenne, and other foods we had. That was very strange... Guest guest
LOL - sounds like it might need some spicing, yeah, given past experience for those particular dogs. Also, some dogs can't tolerate raw liver - too rich for 'em. I have to be very careful with my cat and raw liver for the same reason, he'll just barf it up again (no pun intended) if I give him too much at once. Barely cooking it often works in those cases.
