Is liver flushing traditional?

Is it?

Are there people groups (especially as documented by Dr. Price) who

traditionally practiced flushing of their liver/gallbladder?

If you have read Dr. Cowan's piece about the gallbladder on the WAPF

site, it makes it sound like eating plenty of natural fat is a good

way to *prevent* gallstones. In other words, if you keep bile

flowing by giving it something to work on, then the chances of

getting a clogged gallbladder are minimized.

If we NTers are eating enough natural fat, why would we need to flush

our livers/gallbladders?
