Guest guest
This is a rather cool health change I just noticed! I teach high school and last school year considered getting hearing aids as I would often go home with splitting headaches from teenager's voices, especially if a lot of girls were talking. The headaches would last all day. The hearing aids cost a fortune and I needed two if I was going to use them to control sound levels so I never got them. Well half the school year has gone by now and I just realized I've had very few headaches! Students aren't any quieter; I just don't seem to react very much….only when their talking really deserves it! I'm not sure what this is from but my guess is that my nerves are being better protected by the high quality raw fats I'm eating. I've upped my intake of butter oil/ cod liver oil this year and take it everyday. I also am consuming more raw dairy espcially cream than in the past. Thought this may be helpful to others!
