Most if not nearly all people feed some form of feed to

their, " Pastured " layers. Just letting them range can cause some

forms of defeciencies. You wouldn't have to if the land was in 100%

condition which most land isn't.

The worry I would have is the commercial feed. Most commercial feed

is loaded with cooked down by products which is not good for the

system of the birds, and who knows what is transmitted into the eggs.

Find someone, like us that does their own feed mix with the right

ingredients.
