Hello all,

I started taking 1 tablespoon of CLO/day this past December. Since then I've

noticed a few changes for the better.

First, some lumpy and painful scar tissue from a grueling lung surgery (seven

years ago) has shrunk from the size of a credit card to the size of a nickel and

it's still shrinking.

Second, the other scars from that surgery have stopped their incessant itching.

Third, the lymph gland in my right armpit (which has been swollen with mild -

moderate pain since that surgery) has returned to normal.

Forth, and most surprising to me is, I no longer need to wear deodorant! The

reason I noticed the lack of smell is I usually have to reapply deodorant before

I go to bed. I use a natural product and it doesn't quite last all day. These

past two weeks I didn't need to reapply at night. I thought it was strange and

just out of curiosity I tried not applying deodorant in the morning. No smell.

None. It's been a few days even. I do shower regularly.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is it because of the CLO? I haven't made any

other changes.

I am as amazed at this as I was when I started using plain bar soap instead of

toothpaste and the tartar build-up crumbled and hasn't been back.

I don't know about the BO, but I did notice that a little nodule

under the skin on my left elbow disappeared not long after I started

taking CLO.

----> Yes now that you mentioned. I had chalked it up to winter but

last winter I needed deodorant. However here's what's

interesting....I was using butter oil last winter (been on it for 2

years now) but only the recommended amount of 1/2 tsp. Since I'm

using it or a very specific reason (arthritis) I decided to up it to

1 tsp/daily...but I probably get more than that in nutrients as I

also WFN raw ghee and I use raw butter.

----> I've been using that suggetion of yours (?) for a month now and

love it. Now I can't stand the taste of toothpaste and I've got my

husband hooked also.

Which plain bar soap? I'd like to know more.

As far as CLO and BO....I've been taking CLO for a year, have terrible

night sweats and hot flashes from menopause. I have BO if I'm not

careful.
