Actually, I have *Food for Sports* by Louise Burke and *Peak

Performance* by Hawley and Burke. I don't have *Practical Sports

Nutrition* yet. 2007 publication I believe.

There is also *Clinical Sports Nutrition* by Burke and Deakin. You

Louise is the head of the Sports Nutrition Department of the

Australian Institute of Sport, that's why the pdfs look familiar.

She sometimes posts on another nutrition list I frequent and I have

learned a lot from her experience with elite athletes.

The efficacy analyses of sports supplements done at the AIS by the

nutrition team is very cautious and reliable so I trust that source a

lot.
